Run Kodi 17.0 on your Android 4.4 Device - This blog will show you how to easily install Kodi 17 on your Android Box running 4.4.2 in few simple steps.
As you may already be aware, around the time Kodi 17 Krypton was announced, the team behind it also announced that this new version would only be available on Android devices running 5.0 Lollipop and above. This obviously was a hard blow to the people who were still running Android KitKat on devices like the MXQ S805 and such like. The only other options for these people were either a) purchase new hardware, b) Install Abdul's Lollipop ROM and hope it would work for them and still have internet connectivity or c) ditch Android and run LibreELEC (still our preferred method but that's just us).

Well, a short while back a TV box manufacturer by the name of myGica released their own fork of Kodi 17 Krypton for their TV devices, some of which were devices restricted to running Android 4.4.2 KitKat. After this other groups and companies began creating their own forks using myGica's as a base.
In this video Matthew explains a bit more about this and how you can obtain a copy.

Installation of myGica port: Pretty simple, just go to the Google PlayStore and download ‘FIREDL' then open up the app, type 60002 and click download and wait for that to complete then the app installation prompt will appear.
